TRACK

Many hours of open basketball with youth and adult leagues available. 

The 1/27 mile indoor track makes all weather patterns a moot point as you can run, jog, or walk anytime of the day. 27 laps to a mile. For those 14 years old and above during most building hours of operation. Those 13 years of age and under must be accompanied by and within reach of a parent or guardian at all times. Single file only. Walkers and slower runners please use the inside lane.

Improve your strength, muscle tone, and heart rate with Stairmaster, Nu-Step, Treadmills, Exercise Bikes, Elipticals, Precor Crosstrainers, Strength Training Machines, medicine balls, exercise balls and Free Weights all of which are available in our cardio room.Cardio room is available for those 14 years old and above. For safety, those 13 years old and under are not allowed in this room. 

STRENGTH TRAINING ROOM

We have added a new 13 piece strength training circuit as well as new weight benches, cable crossover, Smith machine, dumbells and weight plates to our facility in the past 18 months. Cardio room is available for those 14 years old and above. For safety, those 13 years old and under are not allowed in this room. 

FREE WEIGHT ROOM
