Features of the YMCA Factilty

Basketball Courts
Many hours of open basketball with youth and adult leagues available.

Swimming Pool
Clear, Clean, Meets all state requirements. 25 yards, 6 lanes-72 lengths/36 laps to a mile.

Open Swims
Recreational, fun time to use the pool. Children under eight must be accompanied in the water by a relative of friend at least 14 years of age.

Lap Swims
Geared for those who enjoy swimming for fitness. Usually necessary to share a lane. Adult times require swimmers to be at least 19 years of age. Exceptions may be made if space is available.

Family Swims
Set aside for family time, those under 19 years of age need to be accompanied by a parent or other adult.

Senior Swims
A time for older adults to use for exercise and or fun.

Indoor Track

The 1/27 mile indoor track makes all weather patters a moot point as you can run, jog, or walk anytime of the day. 27 laps to a mile. For those 14 years old and above during most building hours of operation. Those 13 years of age and under must be accompanied by and within reach of parent or guardian at all times. Single file only. Walkers and slower runners please use the inside lane.

Free Weight Room, Strength Training, Cardiovascual Room

Improve your strength, muscle tone, and heart rate with Stairmaster, Nu-Step, Treadmills, Exercise Bikes, Precor Crosstrainers, Strength Training Machines, and Free Weights. For this 14 years old and above. For safety, those 13 years old and under are not allowed in these rooms.
