Monthly Membership Fees, Policy

All new memberships are required to pay a one-time "new member" fee prior to the membership fee. If a membership lapses for more than 30 days, the new member fee is in effect.

The new member fees are utilized to fund capital improvements.

Half lockers are available for rent, as available, in the adult locker rooms.

Babysitting Rates- Non-Member / $1.50 per hour / $1.00 per (each additional child)

Membership Payments

 Payment may be made annually or monthly through the bank draft or credit card draft plans. Payment of the enrollment fee and the first month's due (pro-rated if after the 1st of the month) is required upon joining. Future payments will be automatically deducted from your bank account or charged to a Master Card or Visa on the 1st or 15th of the month. No refunds are given on membership payments or new member fees. Members will be given 30 days notice prior to any rate increases. Rate increase, if necessary, usually take effect of Sept. 1. There is a $25.00 service fee on all NSF checks, bank drafts, and monthly credit card rejections. This fee will be charged to your account.

Scanning Membership Cards

Scanning cards mean better security and better service to our members. To protect your membership investment and keep fee increases to a minimum, members are required to scan their membership cards each time they visit the Y.

Guest Fees

The YMCA of Kewanee is a membership based organization, but daily guest passes may be purchased. The YMCA encourages the purchase of membership by allowing credit of three purchased guest passes (receipts must be submitted, no cash refund) towards the down payment of a membership. Guest passes may be sold on a limited basis.
