POOL LOBBY
- Our pool lobby area is a fun place to hang out! We have a flatscreen TV with a Wii game system, air hockey table, ping pong table and plenty of tables and chairs to sit at.
- The pool lobby is an area that you can watch swim lessons from and in the summer time it is air conditioned. If you are having a party at the YMCA this is where you will get to enjoy your cake and ice cream.
HOT TUB
- Our relaxing hot tub is kept between 101 and 103 degrees. We have a wonderful mineral salt system that is great for your skin.
- The Hot Tub is open during any time the pool is open.

SWIMMING POOL
- Our Pool is 25 yards long and we have six lanes available.
- Our pool temprature is kept at 86 degrees.
POOL INFORMATION
The YMCA of Kewanee swimming pool was built in 1997 it is a six lane, 25 yard pool . In 2009 we installed new drain covers that are compliant with VGB standards. We do have a handicapped accessible entrance into the swimming pool. The water temperature is maintained between 84 and 86 degrees and the room’s air temperature at 84 to 86 degrees. The depth of the water ranges from 3 feet 6 inches at the shallow end to 9 feet at the deep end.
WHIRLPOOL INFORMATION
The whirlpool was also built in 1997 and updated in 2009 with new drain covers. It is an 8 to 10 person whirlpool with 16 jets. The water temperature is maintained between 99-103 degrees with an electric heater. The depth of the water is 3 feet 9 inches to the center of the floor. The recommended time use is no longer than 15 minutes.
